Saorsa Jewelry is operated from the United Kingdom. These Terms are governed by English law.
Products
Handcrafted Items
All Saorsa Jewelry pieces are handcrafted. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in appearance are normal and make each piece unique. These variations are not defects.
Made to Order
Most items are made to order after purchase. Please allow 3-7 business days for creation before your order is dispatched. Custom or personalised items may take longer.
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings. All measurements are approximate.
Orders & Pricing
Placing an Order
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental permission. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment
We accept payment via major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Payment is taken at the time of order.
Shipping
Delivery Times
After your item has been created (3-7 business days), shipping times are approximately:
- UK: 2-4 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- Rest of World: 10-21 business days
These are estimates and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Customs delays may affect international orders.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. International customers may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe. We will work with Royal Mail to investigate and, where appropriate, resend your order or provide a refund.
Returns & Refunds
Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it has not been worn, altered, or personalised.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@saorsajewelry.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or not as described.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty)
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Customer Reviews
Submitting Reviews
After your order is delivered, you may receive an email inviting you to leave a review. By submitting a review, you confirm that:
- Your review is based on your genuine experience with the product
- You are the person who purchased or received the item
- Your review does not contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
Review Publication
All reviews are submitted as drafts and manually reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to:
- Decline to publish any review for any reason
- Edit reviews for clarity, spelling, or formatting (without changing your rating or sentiment)
- Remove reviews that violate these Terms or contain inappropriate content
Licence
By submitting a review, you grant Saorsa Jewelry a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and publish your review (including your chosen display name and star rating) on our website and in marketing materials.
