Made to Order
Most Saorsa Jewelry pieces are handcrafted after you place your order. This means each piece is made especially for you with care and intention.
Please allow 3-7 business days for your piece to be created before it is dispatched. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times
After your item has been crafted and dispatched, delivery times are approximately:
- United Kingdom: 2-4 business days (Royal Mail)
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7-14 business days
- Rest of World: 10-21 business days
These are estimates and delivery times may vary. International orders may be subject to customs delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address:
- UK Standard: Free on orders over £50
- UK Tracked: £3.99
- Europe: From £7.99
- Rest of World: From £12.99
International customers may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order on our website by visiting the order tracking page and entering your order number and email address.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your Saorsa Jewelry piece. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-made pieces
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty)
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged
- Gift cards
How to Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at hello@saorsajewelry.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions
- Post the item back to us securely (we recommend tracked postage)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or not as described.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@saorsajewelry.com with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Faulty items can be returned at any time within the first year of purchase.
Lost Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with Royal Mail.
If a package is confirmed lost, we will either resend your order or provide a full refund.
